Intake Discovery<\/h5>\r\n

In a first meeting, we first examine together what you want to achieve and which configuration fits. <\/strong>Autofactor is very flexible, which is why it is important to dive deep into your company and processes now and continue talking until we know exactly what you want and you understand how we are going to achieve it.<\/p>\r\n

Identify and optimize key processes<\/h5>\r\n

In the second step, we make a list of the most important processes in your company.<\/strong> We draw those out. We usually find things that can be done more efficiently. We remove that before we set up Autofactor. This way, you have already achieved your first efficiency gain before using our software.<\/p>\r\n

Now we find out which integrations and connections we need to implement your most important processes.<\/strong> We have most of them on the shelf by default, but we may need to build an integration. In this way we discover this in time, so that the rollout of Autofactor is not delayed.<\/p>\r\n

Most Autofactor customers use Autofactor as Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that the software simply runs with us, with all the necessary facilities for perfect data security, and that you and your employees use the system via a web browser. But there may be good reasons to install Autofactor on your own servers.<\/p>\r\n

Time to to start configuring your process in Autofactor. In this phase you can quickly start using the first processes. We configure, test, adjust, test again and perfect. Until you have something that you are super happy with.<\/p>\r\n

And you want to see all those extra euros come in. We integrate Autofactor with the BI application you like to work with, or we build new dashboards and reports for you in Power BI.<\/p>\r\n
