Intake Discovery

 

In a first meeting, we first examine together what you want to achieve and which configuration fits. Autofactor is very flexible, which is why it is important to dive deep into your company and processes now and continue talking until we know exactly what you want and you understand how we are going to achieve it.

Identify and optimize key processes

 

In the second step, we make a list of the most important processes in your company. We draw those out. We usually find things that can be done more efficiently. We remove that before we set up Autofactor. This way, you have already achieved your first efficiency gain before using our software.

Integrations and Connections

 

Now we find out which integrations and connections we need to implement your most important processes. We have most of them on the shelf by default, but we may need to build an integration. In this way we discover this in time, so that the rollout of Autofactor is not delayed.

Select technical setup

 

Most Autofactor customers use Autofactor as Software as a Service (SaaS). This means that the software simply runs with us, with all the necessary facilities for perfect data security, and that you and your employees use the system via a web browser. But there may be good reasons to install Autofactor on your own servers.

Configure

 

Time to to start configuring your process in Autofactor. In this phase you can quickly start using the first processes. We configure, test, adjust, test again and perfect. Until you have something that you are super happy with.

Dashboards, reports and data

 

If your process is running, it’s time to set up dashboards and reports. Because you want to see all those percentages of time savings in graphs. And you want to see all those extra euros come in. We integrate Autofactor with the BI application you like to work with, or we build new dashboards and reports for you in Power BI.

Continuous improvement and adjustment

 

There is always something to improve and there is always more profit in optimizations and automation. Moreover: your company is growing, your company is changing. So sometimes things need to be adjusted. We’re here to help.

Intake Discovery

In een eerste gesprek onderzoeken we samen eerst wat jij wilt bereiken en welke configuratie daarbij past. Autofactor is erg flexibel, daarom is het belangrijk om nu diep in je bedrijf en processen te duiken en door te praten tot wij precies weten wat jij wilt en jij goed begrijpt hoe we dat gaan realiseren.

In de tweede stap maken we een lijst van de belangrijkste processen in jouw bedrijf. Die tekenen we uit. Daarbij vinden we meestal wel dingen die efficiënter kunnen. Die halen we eruit voordat we Autofactor inrichten. Zo heb je, al voordat je onze software gebruikt, je eerste efficiencywinst geboekt.

Integraties en connecties

Nu zoeken we uit welke integraties en connecties we nodig hebben om jouw belangrijkste processen te implementeren. De meeste daarvan hebben we standaard op de plank liggen, maar het kan zijn dat we een integratie bij moeten bouwen. Dat ontdekken we op deze manier op tijd, zodat het uitrollen van Autofactor geen vertraging oploopt.

Technische opzet kiezen

De meeste Autofactor-klanten gebruiken Autofactor als Software as a Service (SaaS). Dat wil zeggen dat het pakket gewoon bij ons draait, met alle nodige voorzieningen voor perfecte dataveiligheid, en dat jij en je medewerkers het systeem via een webbrowser gebruiken. Maar er kunnen goede redenen zijn om Autofactor op jouw eigen servers te installeren.

Inrichten

Tijd om je proces te gaan bouwen in Autofactor. In deze fase kun je al snel de eerste processen in gebruik nemen. We bouwen, testen, passen aan, testen weer en perfectioneren. Tot jij iets hebt waar je superblij mee bent.

Dashboards, rapporten en data

Als je proces loopt, is het tijd om dashboards en rapporten in te richten. Want je wilt al die procenten tijdwinst in grafieken zien. En je wilt al die extra euro’s zien binnenkomen. We integreren Autofactor met de BI-applicatie waar jij graag mee werkt, of we bouwen in Power BI nieuwe dashboards en rapporten voor je.

Continu verbeteren en aanpassen

Er is altijd iets te verbeteren en er zit altijd meer winst in optimalisaties en automatisering. Bovendien: je bedrijf groeit, je bedrijf verandert. Dus soms moeten er dingen aangepast worden. Wij zijn er om je te helpen.
